Lately I've been an ace with reducing the saturated fats and even the sugar in my diet. Pat myself on the back!! Rah! Rah! Then I returned home from church and errands yesterday and I don't know what happened! I was overcome with a drive to have a cinnamon roll or sweet cinnamon something. Absolutely nothing else mattered at all, no way, no how. It was a tunnel visioned obsession !!!! Out came the Krustez box of coffee cake mix which was quickly turned into a spicy nut coffee cake loaf! Today I need to have a piece of that salmon that was purchased yesterday.

My Grandmother used to say "a little of what you fancy does you good". I think that's very good advice!
Stressing over every mouthful can't be healthy either! If you're trying to live a long life, you have to enjoy it or why bother?

Meggie has hit the nail on the head! Plus, what you ended up eating couldn't have been TOO bad. There are much worse things to eat!

I removed it because I thought it might be too much information. .......... I was a psych major. What people do and how they behave is always of interest to me. The why of it is like a puzzle sometimes.

meh, in all things, moderation. I have the same philosophy as Meggie. Life is short, eat a cinnamon bun!
