Well, I thought at one point I had asked in a post what might possibly be done with the walnut powder that is at the bottom of one's walnut supply. There was no answer for this. Recently I heard it mentioned that adding some of this into one's baking enhances the nutritional value. This makes so much sense. I use oat bran, sesame and flax for this kind of thing. Of course walnut powder would work as well.
