I roasted a chicken then used the meat for everything else. The stuffing is left all by itself. Stuffing is delicious .... but .... all alone?

I usually put any stuffing that doesn't fit into the turkey into a casserole to cook in the oven, and almost always leave it in the oven too long. It gets dry & we don't eat it, so I add it to the bones when I make the turkey soup. It has all the right spices.
