I just had one of thee most outstandingly delicious dinners I've ever fixed in my entire life! It was flounder and zucchini on the grill. Notes will be kept RE all of what was in it but there's no clue re the proportions. This was restaurant quality delicious. Flounder is a good fish.
This week I bought a small bundle of zucchinis. There were 5 in the net bag. It is zucchini season here so now I am on a zucchini binge. This AM I made zucchini muffins using an on line recipe but which I also doctored. (Walnuts, sesame seeds and some oatbran was added.) They are scrumptious.

Sounds delicious but I have to ask why it wasn't legal?

Legal Sea Food is an outstanding seafood restaurant in Boston. It might be a chain. There's more than one.

Hey, Legal Seafood has already moved over, LOL. Charlie and I went to a concert last night at the BOA Pavillion on the Boston waterfront and had dinner at a place called LTK -- Legal Test Kitchen. Don't know exactly why they call it that; the menu seemed pretty established, not as if they were "testing" out new recipes. It was really nice! I had fish tacos -- yum!

I wouldn't have caught the Legal Seafood reference, either, so it's good I arrived after it was explained!
What's this, KK? You didn't want to dine on samples of suspect health bars?

Amanda, they were still out in force *forcing* those Lara bars on everyone in the area! They can't give them away, LOL! I warned Charlie not to take one and he almost told one of the "pushers" that he heard they were really bad. ;D

WOW! That is equal parts sad and hilarious that they were still out there with those nasty things. I would have thoroughly enjoyed hearing Charlie drop that bomb! I think it's time for them to give up the ghost.

I had such a good chuckle when I saw them out there. Almost took some to mail to you but worried the postal service would have me arrested. ;D

I had to Google Lara Bars ....
You can get Peanut Butter and Jelly bars, Apple Pie, Banana Bread, Blueberry Muffin and Cashew Cookie bars.
This is what they say: Lara Bars are about as natural a food as you can find, short of quitting your job and reverting to a hunter-gatherer lifestyle. Lara Bar ingredients are 100% unprocessed and raw. They're gluten and dairy-free and contain and are completely non-GMO. Lara Bars are compatible with kosher, vegan and soy-free diets. They provide whole food nutrition like fiber and essential fatty acids. Each Lara Bar provides 1 serving of fruit according to the USDA food guide pyramid.

It sounds charming when you see it in print. But it's considerably less charming if you put it in your mouth!

What she said. I'd take the hunter/gatherer option. Twigs would taste better.
